Ok so this is the cake that me and my vbf Aoife made for my brother Colm’s 18th Birthday.

He loves Kanye and high tops so we thought. why not combine his two loves for this pretty special birthday.

The bottom tier is red velvet with cream cheese frosting, and the top (the boot) is a chocolate sponge with hazelnut frosting (it tastes like kinder bueno!). Its all 100% edible and 100% gluten free. We did good.

Gluten Free Strawberry and Passion Fruit Tart w/ cream and mint leaves for my moms birthday. This was a good one. Orange juice and zest in the pastry pushed it over the edge.
